Chiller and Freezer Flooring Canning Vale

This project involved the upgrade of multiple chiller and freezer areas within a food production facility in Canning Vale, covering approximately 600 m².

The existing floors were worn, uneven and difficult to maintain under constant traffic and low temperature conditions. Forklift movement, regular washdown and ongoing production had caused surface breakdown, creating safety and hygiene concerns.

A heavy duty seamless flooring system was installed across all chiller and freezer zones. The system was selected to perform in cold environments while maintaining durability, slip resistance and ease of cleaning.

Works were carried out in stages to allow the facility to remain operational, with each area returned to service as quickly as possible.

The result is a clean, hard wearing flooring system suitable for ongoing use in cold storage and food production environments.
