Heavy Duty Non Slip Coating for Vehicle Traffic in Kwinana

This project involved the coating and demarcation of a heavy vehicle access and loading area within an industrial facility in Kwinana.

The existing surface required a highly durable, non slip solution capable of handling constant truck traffic, chemical exposure and harsh operating conditions.

A heavy duty coating system was installed, designed to provide long term performance under high load and high wear conditions. The finish delivers strong slip resistance, making it suitable for vehicle braking, turning zones and pedestrian interface areas.

The system is also highly resistant to chemicals and thermal shock, allowing it to perform in environments subject to spills, cleaning and temperature variation.

All works were completed during a scheduled shutdown, allowing the area to be returned to service quickly and without disruption to operations.

Demarcation was applied to clearly define traffic zones, exclusion areas and safe access paths.
